As a small but growing congregation, we are proud of all our fundraising efforts.  We strive to live out our beliefs, keep our building sound, and our congregation and community strong by continuing to grow even when faced with challenges and adversity.  We try to keep our efforts lively, fun and enlightening.

SANCTUARY PAINTING

Our Board of Trustees recently decided to go forward with the painting of the Sanctuary, a project that has been on the agenda for a few years now. We have a painter and an approximate bid($3900)and we hope to do this in May (it will take Monday through Saturday to complete - 1/2 day on Saturday). Though we are all very happy for this long-awaited project to be accomplished, as always we are concerned about the cost. It is not in our current year's budget, and isn't projected to be in our next year's budget, so we are seeing this as mostly a special project in need of extra funding. If you were in church on April 22, you know that we began an appeal to cover at least the majority of the cost. Wonderfully, we received $1400 in pledges right on the spot. So we will keep soliciting pledges with the hope of having much of the cost covered by wide congregational participation. So, if you are able to help with any amount of pledge, please let us know or add your name to the pledge list below.*
